Thursday - Saturday 8 to 9 am
Beach class maximum capacity: 20 students. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time in order to reserve your booking. Please bring a towel to clear and and/or for comfort. Remember to dress for comfort as the body heats and cools rapidly.
-Due to inclement weather conditions classes will be automatically cancelled
-Yoga mats available for purchase
-You may bring straps, cushions/pillows and/or props with you to class
-When booking reservation, please indicate any surgeries and/or injuries/discomfort, so that you are afforded a helpful variation to enhance your Yoga experience
-Beach Yoga space cannot be reserved!
